If you did not complete the withdrawal of your cryptocurrency before the delisting deadline announced by MAX, and you still have a remaining balance of the delisted asset in your wallet, you may contact us by email to request a withdrawal of the balance to an external wallet.
Once MAX verifies that the application documents are correct and the service fee has been received, we will arrange the withdrawal process and issue an invoice.
- Service Fee: NT$ 150 or 5 USDT.
- Processing Time: Applications submitted within the current month will be processed by the end of the following month.
