Cryptocurrency deposits to MAX will appear in your MAX wallet once the required number of blockchain confirmations has been reached.
You can check your transaction status on a blockchain explorer. For the number of Fund Confirmations required for each cryptocurrency, please refer to the Transfer Information.
If your deposit has reached the required number of Fund Confirmations but has not been credited to your wallet, please email the transaction IDs (TXIDs, also known as transaction hashes) for both the original transfer and the returned transfer to [email protected]. Please provide the transaction IDs as text so our support team can assist you.
