In coordination with the internal system maintenance of Far Eastern International Bank, the platform will temporarily suspend TWD Deposit services from all banks (including the Bankee settlement account) from 00:30 to 04:30 (UTC+8) on Sunday, June 7.
Please note the following impacts and details during the maintenance period:
- Suspension of Bankee Account Application: Applications for opening a Bankee settlement account will be concurrently suspended during this period.
- Asset Security & Normal Operations: Please rest assured that your assets are completely safe and secure. All other functions on the platform will continue to operate normally.
- Delayed Deposits: If you make a TWD Deposit during the suspension period, the funds will be credited to your account sequentially after the bank's system is fully restored.
