The Mid-Autumn Festival holiday and Teachers’ Day will take place from 09/25(Fri) ~ 09/28(Mon). Customer support and the Bade Business Office (MaiCoin Taipei Store) will operate as usual, and all MAX functions will remain fully operational.
TWD withdrawals are subject to bank processing hours. TWD withdrawal requests submitted after 11:00 AM on 09/24(Thu) will be processed and remitted starting from 09/29(Tue).
For TWD withdrawals from MAX to a Bankee trading account:
- Withdrawal requests submitted between 11:00 ~ 15:29 on 09/24(Thu) will be credited on the morning of 09/29(Tue).
- Withdrawal requests submitted between 15:30 on 09/24(Thu) ~ 11:00 on 09/29(Tue) will be credited on the afternoon of 09/29(Tue).
