This update primarily involves adjustments in response to the following laws and regulations, along with the addition of a new authentication method:
- Adjustments in response to the Virtual Asset Service Act, the Virtual Asset Transfer Rule (Travel Rule), the Fraud Crime Hazard Prevention Act, and other related regulations.
- Incorporation of the authentication method provided by the Taiwan-CA (TWCA) Mobile Identity Verification Service.
How It Takes Effect and Your Rights:
- The full updated terms will be announced on our official website for your review.
- From the effective date, when you open the App or log in via the web, the system will display a notification reminding you that the terms have been updated. You may tap to proceed and read the new version. By tapping "Agree," you accept the updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
