Why Am I Seeing an Account Security Warning?

If you receive an account security warning during operation, it indicates that the system has detected a potential risk associated with malicious browser extensions. Such malware may tamper with information displayed on web pages, modify copied and pasted addresses, or alter QR codes, leading to cryptocurrencies being sent to the wrong address.

To ensure the safety of your assets, please take the following steps immediately upon receiving the warning:

  1. Pause withdrawal operations and contact Customer Support: Please take screenshots of the warning message and your browser extension list, then send them to Customer Support at [email protected] for assistance and verification. Please refer to the instructions below on how to obtain the extension list.
  2. Remove browser extensions: After taking the screenshots, remove all extensions from your current browser, and update your device's operating system, browser, MAX app, and antivirus software to the latest versions.

Reminder: Before sending cryptocurrency, please cross-check the address embedded in the QR code, the address displayed on the webpage, and the recipient address shown in the receiving platform's app to ensure that the entire address matches completely before proceeding. If you notice any discrepancy or abnormality, please contact Customer Support first for verification.
