MAX exchange provides an account for user fund fiat currency(NTD). That is an account for fiat currency trust. The process of fund and withdrawal on the trust account have to be verified by the bank.
The reason for setting a trust account is protecting the user's asset. MAX exchange cannot use fiat assets of the user in the trust account arbitrarily.
