- When using MAX to send cryptocurrency, please refer to Withdrawal Limits, Withdrawal Fees, Travel Rule Implementation Guidelines, and Travel Rule FAQ.
- Withdrawal fees are dynamically adjusted based on market conditions. Please refer to the amount displayed on the transaction screen.
- If you have enabled "Pay fees with MAX Token," please ensure that your wallet has a sufficient MAX Token balance. If the balance is insufficient, fees will be calculated in the original token.
⚠️ Warning
- There are various mainnets and address formats for cryptocurrencies. Before sending, please make sure to confirm that both the network and address format match the recipient's information. If this is your first time performing this operation, it is recommended to test with a small amount first and send the remaining assets after confirming success.
- Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, successful records cannot be reversed or canceled. Please double-check that the receiving address and mainnet are correct.
- Before sending XRP, please confirm with the recipient whether a MEMO is required. Entering an incorrect MEMO will cause the transaction to fail.
Mobile app instructions:
- Open the MAX App, tap Wallet > USDT > Withdraw > select a withdrawal address.
- Tap Add New Address > enter the address information and carefully verify all details > tap Add Address.
- Complete Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to finish adding the address. Tap the address you wish to send to > enter the amount > verify the Net Amount at the bottom > tap Submit > Confirm Withdrawal.
- Complete Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and tap Confirm Verification Code to complete the transaction.
