How to Get Started
- Complete Identity Verification (KYC) to reach Level 1 or above to use MaiCoin PAY.
- Access the MaiCoin PAY feature from the homepage of the MaiCoin App. First-time users must read and accept the Terms of Service, set a payment password, and complete 2FA dual authentication (biometric authentication can also be enabled).
- Choose either Customer Scan or Merchant Scan to complete your payment based on the method provided by the merchant.

Important Reminders
- Order Refunds: If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please contact the merchant directly. If the original order received MAX Token rewards, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the refund total.
