To comply with regulatory requirements, we will update the withdrawal address setup and crypto withdrawal processes in two phases. Please follow the on-screen instructions and note the following rollout dates:
- Starting October 1 (Thu): When adding a new withdrawal address or withdrawing crypto, you will be required to select the recipient type. If the recipient is an exchange, you will also need to provide the name of the recipient exchange.
- Starting October 12 (Mon): When withdrawing crypto, you will also be required to provide recipient information. Please refer to the on-screen instructions for the specific information required.
To avoid any disruption to your withdrawals, please make sure the information you provide is accurate and follow the on-screen instructions.
