New account levels apply to accounts created starting 2021/05/22
MAX requires five forms of verifications for all users:
* Only legal adults above 18 years old are accepted
* Only accept uploading JPEG, JPG & PNG file
- (Front) Taiwan Government ID photo upload. The file size must not exceed 10 MB.
- (Back) Taiwan Government ID photo upload. The file size must not exceed 10 MB.
- Selfie with Taiwan ID photo or Passport photo. If uploading from the app, please take a selfie of you holding a government-issued ID - national ID or passport for Taiwanese citizen; ARC or APRC for non-Taiwanese citizens.
- If you’re a citizen of Taiwan, please hold Taiwan ID.
- If you’re NOT a citizen of Taiwan, please hold ARC or passport.
- Please hold your ID along with a paper note that states “Only for MAX platform registration, 20YY/MM/DD”.
- The picture must clearly show the user’s face and their Taiwan ID or Passport.
- The following supplemental ID's are accepted:
- Phone bill statement
- The phone number appearing on the statement must be the same as the one you used to register.
- The statement must show both the phone number and the user's name.
- Electronic statements are accepted.
- It is acceptable if your service provider censors a few digits of your phone number as long as it is sufficient for MaiCoin to validate.
- Universal healthcare card
- Driver's license
- Passport
- Clear photos
- Colored photo
- Complete information
- Passport must be within the valid date
- Phone bill statement
- Phone number and ID number registrations are not limited to one account.
