It depends on when you originally registered your account:
Registered on or after January 16, 2025: No
- Accounts registered from this date onward are "MaiCoin One" accounts. A single account allows you to log in and access the full range of features across both the MaiCoin and MAX platforms directly.
Registered before January 16, 2025: Yes
- If you registered on only one platform before that date (e.g., you only hold a MaiCoin account), you will still need to complete a separate registration process on the other platform (MAX) before you can use it, even if you use the same email address.
Please note that the bank accounts linked to MaiCoin and MAX are independent. You must submit your bank account verification application on each platform separately.
