Customer service and storefronts will operate as usual on Thursday May 1st, 2025 in observation of Labor Day. , and all the functions of MAX platform are normal.
Please note that any TWD withdrawal request which made after 11am on 4/30 will be processed on next business day on 5/2.
For withdrawals from MAX to the Bankee Trading Account:
- Requests made between 11:00 AM and 3:29 PM on 4/30 will be credited by 9:30 AM on 5/2.
- Requests made after 3:30 PM on 4/30 and before 11:00 AM on 5/2 will be credited by 15:00 PM on 5/2.
