2021/06/03 Announcing MAX’s updated verification requirements for Lv.1 users.

Dear MAX user,

1. Due to the change in regulatory requirements for identity verifications, the following changes will apply: 
   1. All current Level 1 users should upload and verify all identity information by June 25th, 2021. Effective July 1st, 2021, if you do not have the required documents and information uploaded on MAX, your will forego all rewards during the period in which your account level is Level 0 (unverified level). This includes referral rewards, staking rewards and other types of rewards that may apply, as necessitated by the latest regulatory requirements.
   2. Once you are reverified and upgraded to the verified level (Level 1 and Level 2 as specified in the links below), you will continue to receive referral and staking rewards.

3. Please make sure your mobile app version is 2.15.0 or above. If not, please restart the app to update to the latest version.
