Digital asset withdrawals under the $500,000 NTD daily limit are processed automatically. It's normal for spending time 1~2 hours.
However, processing withdrawals might take longer if a manual approval is required, the network is congested, or if our “hot wallet” balance is low and needs to be refilled manually.
